Souren Sarkar: CEO

As CEO, Souren drives the overall direction of the product vision of Veritiq. Souren is also in charge of all customer delivery and customer support functions of the company. Souren combines a love of technology with a keen focus on customer service to deliver software products and services that consistently exceed customer expectations.

Souren specializes in enterprise technology and outsourcing deployments with 15+ years of experience in the mortgage banking and real estate finance arena. Prior to Veritiq, Souren served in various executive roles such as EVP of ISGN – a top 3 mortgage outsourcing firm, President of Inuva a global mortgage outsourcing provider, CTO of MSRCentral, a MSR trading portal and SVP IT of Bayview Portfolio Services a provider of due diligence and loan portfolio solutions.

In 2007 Souren successfully sold his first startup company Inuva, a provider of mortgage outsourcing services, to a top 3 enterprise mortgage outsourcing provider ISGN (www.isgn.com). Inuva was a self funded company created completely organically without any venture capital or external funding.

A lifelong learner, Souren holds multiple certifications and industry honors such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), the most prestigious certification awarded by Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Project Management Professional awarded by PMI, Florida Certified Real Estate Salesperson and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing certified Mortgage Loan Originator. He holds an MBA from University of Miami, Florida.

Sudipta Jana: CTO

Sudipta Jana leads Veritiq’s software development efforts. Sudipta specializes in software product management and architecting of large scale web systems with special emphasis on Software As a Service (SAAS) applications. Sudipta has led software teams building products for financial, quality assurance and regulatory compliance domains. He is a Microsoft technology specialist holding current certifications in:

Prasenjit (Pras) Biswas: CSO

PrasBiswas is the President of Veritiq responsible for making the organization one of the leading providers of quality and process management solutions for service businesses. Pras previously co-founded Percepsys,a provider of ELearning and Enterprise Content Management solutions. With over 15 years of IT Consulting experience at Canadian and US Companies, Pras has an in-depth experience with the full spectrum of Enterprise Information Systems accumulated– EAI, B2B, A2A, portals, business intelligence, workflow, E-Learning, content management, information architecture, web Analytics, CRM, etc. His commitment and experience balanced with resourcefulness have translated into real solutions and delivered results.

Pras' specialties are in:

• Full life cycle experience of architecting scalable applications built using the SOA paradigm.
• Software architecture practice balancing stakeholder desires, defining structure, focusing on significant elements, guiding behavior, and conforming to proven styles.
• Domain expertise in Finance, Insurance (Travel, Life, P&C, Titles), Supply Chain, Human Capital Management and Training, Call Centers.

Lisa Sarkar: CTO

Lisa Sarkar leads Veritiq’s software development efforts. Lisa specializes in software product management and architecting of large scale web systems with special emphasis on Software As a Service (SAAS) applications. Lisa has led software teams building products for financial, quality assurance and regulatory compliance domains.

Lisa has spent a majority of her career as a Data Analysis and Data Mining expert for various organizations such as Mellon Bank, Siemens, Arby’s, ISGN and Newbold Ventures. She combines deep technical skills with a passion for customer service.

Mitch Halper: Controller

Mitch is CFO of Veritiq and an expert in accounting and finance controls for software and technology focused companies. He is in charge of leading strategic finance opportunities as Veritiq continues to grow at a fast pace. Mitch is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters in Accounting and Taxation from University of Pennsylvania.

Tiffany Jaynes: CMO

As Chief Marketing Officer, Tiffany leads the Marketing and Sales efforts of Veritiq through a unique combination of traditional sales and technology driven solutions utilizing mobile, web and social media. Tiffany started her career as a graphic designer and magazine publisher and continued her focus on advertising, publishing and marketing by helping technology oriented companies create a dynamic market presence.

George Saab: SVP Training and Customer Engagement

As SVP of Training and Customer Engagement, George ensures our customers are able to solve their unique business challenges and leverage the maximum benefit utilizing Veritiq’s suite of software products. George oversees a team that remains engaged with the customer from initial discovery sessions all the way through production.

George brings both deep business skills and technology experience through his work with a diverse blend of multi-nationals across multiple verticals. As an operations consultant he has provided strategies required for sustained growth to such Companies as Hewlett-Packard, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, Manulife, Johnson and Johnson, IBM and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
